    Dearest…beloved Alan…I am a fan…and appreciative of your character…and skill…
have only ONE thing…I must disagree with…that I read HERE…and that is THIS…God SAYS…the Written and Living Word…dearest brother…SAYS…"ONLY God IS…Good"…not even Christ Jesus would claim Goodness…Father who IS Goodness was IN Him…SO…Angels are not perfectly Good…only God is Perfect and the REST of us Twiceborn or we are devils, sons of Perdition, the ONCEborn their minds veiled…we ALL do according to Him His Will…Plan…Purpose…He the Author of our daily lives…we and angels SUBMIT to Him…He has the Devil on a leash. Christ's consciousness of Father within…our consciousness of His unceasing Presence…Goodness IN Dominion. Blessings…and "Never Give up" while here in THIS world of darkness…SHINE..as a lamp of Light. Abiding and LOYAL TO…He our Liberty who has become unknown…forgotten by our nation.

You are making some good points Alan, but you have to be more patient regarding Obama's pro-choice position. Science idea of life in the womb is a group of cells or pre-human, masses of protoplasm that are devoid of any thing spiritual.
I do not think that Obama has the light of faith as we do and may be genuinely trying to do good according to his understanding. Without baptism, without authentic faith, he may not be able to see what we see nor understand what we understand.
But we can validate our position only through, love and kindness expecially to those who came from the womb. Do we love them before birth and forget them afterwards? Look at the staving children in Africa and India: Did they come from the womb? Are we advocates for their lives after birth? Do we help the poor in our respective countries? Do we promote racial understanding and harmony? Do we care for the sick by making health care equally accessible to all those in need? The are pro-life concerns.
I am sadned that we have created this false dichotomy between social justice and pro-life. if we show greater care for the disadvantaged, our pro-life positon would become more convincing and credible.
In my opinion, Jesus's crucifixion and the slaughter of the Holy Innocents were indeed criminal and abortive acts that were done outside the womb, yet they were the most vicious crimes of social injustice ever recorded in human history. God was murdered. The innocent destroyed. Therefore, the slaughter of life within or outside of the womb, in its varied meanings and expressions is a continuum that cannot be separated from the false and limited definition of pro-life and social justice.
On a related note, fussing about the location of a man's birth, whose mother was a full blooded American is absurd and non Christian, law or no law.
Let us, therefore, deal with the real and substantive issues of human life in all its stages. And not constitutional law that has often failed vis a vis the authentic evolution and development of human culture and history.

Though i see your point about how this can be interpreted as racism, and always, always, always respect your every thought, Dr. Keyes, I do not see this as racism but as a surrender to the popular cultism of Obama and the left. Our institutions, one by one, have been seduced and destroyed by pseudo-altruism of leftism for several decades. Each group justifies the horrors of leftism by the appeasement of their own self-interests. Our once-principled institutions of the government, media, church, science, medicine, education, and civil rights have one be one succumbed to the beguiling left, and in so-doing have lost their principles, credibility, and value. This didn't just start with Obama. The Clinton years were nearly as bad. Remember NOW willing to accept his sexual predator ways because of his stand on abortion? Remember Dr. Tony Campolo ministering to him as if he was a saint? And the media falling over their tongues for him, spending their every breath trying to convince the public that the bare naked emperor was robed in Armani?

Today, the situation is exponentially worse. When Notre Dame bestowed the honor on Obama, when the Catholic priests supprted his campaign, and now, when these bishops choose to ignore his "punished with a baby" anti-life stance, they do so at price of their principles.

Where can anyone find truth any more? That is why it is so refreshing to hear your voice in the wilderness, Dr. Keyes. You tell the truth– whether we want to hear it or not. You never change your position to suit the wind or the crowd you are speaking to. You stand on your principles, and whether we agree with those or not, we know where you stand.

If only more politicians, teachers, journalists, scientists, Bishops, and parents would do the same.

Ha, ha. Well, maybe she thought that she was helping to accelerate Christ's return by doing so. She probably admits that we can't know the day or the hour, but if she has anything to do with it, it's going to be sooner rather than later. She might be looking for the quickest exit out, in other words … short of actually killing herself, of course.

Many People from Africa believe that if only African people would unite there would be strength in Africa.

That is the same concept as communism, and that is not how Europe became strong.

The reason Europe became strong was because of a proper balance of power which led to the rights and freedoms that empowered the individual.

Revelation 3:21, FREEMEN will live as kings in the respect that they have their inalienable rights granted to them from their Creator.

It is the Governmental structure that prevailed in early Rome which overcame the power of ancient Greece. The mixed form of Government which was re-established in England several hundred years ago and reformed in the U.S.A as it is today. The Governmental structure that maintains a balance of power that was passed down from one of the oldest known stable empires that is recorded. That is from Persia and the first leader known as a GREAT. That is from Darius the Great.

Enscribed on Darius' tomb is the important 2 principles that he used to establish and maintain his empire.

    1) Never allow the rich to overpower the poor.
    2) Never allow the poor to overpower the rich.

The name of the 3 levels of government in England originally were the "House of Commons" to look out for the interests of the poor; the "House of Lords" to look out for the interests of the landlords (ie. the rich); and the "Monarchy" to oversee that the balance of power is maintained during any transitional periods.

Voting for the Antichrist…and admitting it at Bible class. Wow.

I guess the problem is that too many people take the view that religion really doesn't have anything to do with real life. If that were the case, I'd think that getting right with God could wait till after you were dead. Pretty much the only possible point of getting religion while your still alive is to…you know, use it in your life.

Oh well. Like they say, it could be that the purpose of that woman's life is to serve as a warning to others.

These "Bishops," along with MANY Christian "leaders" in America are paving the road to hell with many of the people they purport to save.

I had several black friends that I worked with at a CHRISTIAN facility (tongue talking, Bible believing, go to church every time the doors were open) vote for Obama because HE WAS "BLACK." I always said, "What?!? His mammy was WHITE. His sire was Kenyan. That does not make him black as we understand black people in America!" They did not like that…

One woman at Bible study even said she voted for him because he was black (SHE was black), but she thought he was the Antichrist!

Something is REALLY wrong with that…

You're free to file your own case, if it has as much merit as you suggest.

I personally take the position that the legal mechanics are not the real issue. The core problem is that the law is not being respected by those charged to draft, interpret, and administer it…which brings the definition of legality itself into dispute.

The importance of this case is in raising the watch-cry with regard to the illegitimacy of the current government. There are those who would rather anything than admit that the legitimacy of the laws themselves are in question. I must say that there are things that would please me a good deal better than the destruction of the American republic. But it is largely the refusal to acknowledge what is happening that has permitted it to happen.

    Part 2

If the DC District Court does not agree that these plaintiffs are “interested persons” under the statute, then plaintiffs can make the same arguments they are making now before Judge Carter.

I don’t see any tactical advantage at all in avoiding the DC District Court.

Why give one of your tickets away for free? Why give away your best ticket for free? Why not avail yourself of the very statute created by Congress to review the eligibility of all US national office holders?

Doing so also avoids “political question doctrine” issues because the quo warranto statute is a congressional exercise of Constitutional authority to review the President’s eligibility. Why not kill two birds with one stone? Also, all arguments that a quo warranto action is too late now that he’s been sworn in are just patently bogus.

Quo warranto can only be invoked against somebody holding an office under false title.

Quo warranto only applies to actual usurpation not possible usurpation. It is the legislature’s sole enactment which allows judicial review of the President’s eligibility. And it appears that serious attempts are being made to avoid it. Before going off point and trying to force this issue upon courts which have not been given such authority, an action should have been brought – and still can be – under 16-3503.

Look people, I’m trying to help. Read this over a few times until it sinks in.

    Quo Warranto For “Interested Persons”.
Posted in Uncategorized on October 8, 2009 by naturalborncitizen

Section 16-3503 of the federal quo warranto statute allows an “interested person” to approach the DC District Court concerning a quo warranto trial (by jury) without requiring the permission of the US Attorney General or the US Attorney for DC.

An “interested person” may sign a “certified complaint” which states facts and those facts must be sworn to under penalty of perjury. Only facts may be sworn to, not allegations. The “interested person” gathers up all facts known to him/her and puts them in the petition, swears to them under oath and hands that in to the Court. Pretty simple, folks.

One fact which could safely be sworn to is that Obama was governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948 and that he was – at birth – a citizen of the United Kingdom and Colonies. These are facts admitted by Obama. These facts have never been laid before the DC District Court. These facts are not in the complaint before Judge Carter. Why not?

    16-3503 states:

If the Attorney General or United States attorney refuses to institute a quo warranto proceeding on the request of a person interested, the interested person may apply to the court by certified petition for leave to have the writ issued. When, in the opinion of the court, the reasons set forth in the petition are sufficient in law, the writ shall be allowed to be issued by any attorney, in the name of the United States, on the relation of the interested person…

Plaintiffs in Barnett v. Obama allege that they have standing which is unique and special compared to the public at large. Therefore, they should have availed themselves of 16-3503.

    But they’ve never even tried.

Plaintiffs have only attempted to avail themselves of 16-3502. All citizens are considered “third persons” under 16-3502, but all citizens don’t have unique standing and therefore 16-3502 requires permission by the Department of Justice to use the name of the US – ex relator – ina quo warranto proceeding.

But if you are an “interested person” under 16-3503 – aka a person with unique standing – then you do not need permission from the Department of Justice for the quo warranto.

The DC District Court examines the certified petition prior to allowing the suit to go forth based upon that petition. If the court is satisfied that the person issuing the petition is an “interested person” then that person is not needed any longer for the trial.

Once the name of the United States is allowed to be used, the “interested person” may step off, and the facts alleged are to be tried independently. For example, facts concerning what makes the President ineligible have nothing to do with the particular plaintiffs in Barnett v. Obama. So there’s no need for them to travel across the country for the trial. The trial is brought against the alleged usurper in the name of the United States.

There’s nothing stopping the plaintiffs from petitioning the DC District Court right now based upon facts known and verifiable as to the President’s British birth.

Why has this option been ignored? 16-3503 provides an excellent chance for review of these facts. There it is. Why not use it? A golden opportunity is being thrown by the way side.

Either the DC District Court will agree that these military persons are “interested persons” or it will not. Either the DC District Court will agree that 2008 Presidential candidate Alan Keyes is an “interested person” or it will not.

I would have to agree with the points that you have made Dr Keyes. It is sad that so many Christians put Race ahead of God and his core principles laid out clearly in the Bible. Just remember that in the end times many churches will turn from the truth. The Catholic church is no exception.

On another note: I encourage everyone, if you haven't already done so, register with America's Independent Party. And bid your family and friends as well. I suspect there are many people who see both parties as two wings of the same rotten bird of prey. Anyone who has heard or read Dr. Keyes can't help but know he is the real deal and an honest alternative to the one party system.

    God's speed, Ambassador.

Newt Gingrich and Tony Blair have both recently converted to Catholicism, and both are globalists.

The Pope recently called for a world authority with "teeth" to manage the global economy.

And now these racists in Africa. (racist = anyone who puts skin color or ethnicity above all else.)

I know the Lord God has promised the gates of hell will not prevail against Holy Mother Church, but she sure has been taking a beating.

We faithful will continue to be scandalized and suffer. We must offer it up and beg His mercy. I encourage all my fellow Catholics to continue to develop your personal relationship with our Lord. Fast. Pray. Receive the sacraments regularly. Immerse yourself in scripture. And pray some more. For when judgement comes no one will be left untouched.

This was published a few hours too early. So much more could now be said in light of the event bestowing a Nobel "Peace" Prize on a man who is the leading advocate for violence on infants in the womb and deliberate neglect of those who survive an attempted abortion. With each passing day, the world declares ever more loudly and insistently that evil is good and good is evil. It tests the faith and courage of anyone who dares to disagree.

Well it follows suit. Star Parker wrote an article a little while back titled When Color Trumps Christianity. This just continues to advance that cause. I am thankful for Judge Carter.

Excellent points, Alan. As a Conservative and Christian, it frustrates me to no end when I see other "Christians" pushing aside the things of God to emphasize the foolish perspective of man. Please tell me you're planning on running again in 2012.
